    I did it by lurking and being in-activate!
    I joined the alliance only to make them look bigger so they will have a hope of feeling they are winning the game! Hahahahah!!! XD

    Personally, I wouldn't kick anyone out if they're busy with studies because I have to deal with college stuff myself. Whatever floats Sharpie's boat, I guess... :I
